Have a question?
Anything else, just email hello@houseofroamer.com and we'll come back to you quickly.
How do I choose a size?
Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits and allow two fingers of room.
- Small fits a 26–37cm neck
- Medium fits 29.5–42cm
- Large fits 35.5–51cm
Between sizes? Go up. Choose the same lead size as your collar so the widths match.
Will it fit a small dog like a dachshund?
Yes, that's who it was made for. Our collars start at a 26cm neck, and the Small lead is the longest at 180cm, so short legs get room to wander and you don't have to bend to meet them.
What if it doesn't fit?
No stress. Unworn items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Email hello@houseofroamer.com and we'll sort the swap.
Does the lead clip onto the bag?
Yes. Clip the ROAMER lead onto the bag and your hands are free for the coffee, the treats and the dog.
What fits in the bag?
It's about 30 × 18 × 5cm with an adjustable 150cm strap. Phone, keys and cards go in the hidden back pocket, treats in the elastic pocket inside, and a roll of poo bags in the base, with a dispenser opening.
How do I care for the bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Please don't machine wash it.
When will it arrive?
We dispatch from the Gold Coast within 1–3 business days. Australia Post then takes 2–5 business days to metro areas and 5–8 to regional areas. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $80.
