Where we ship

ROAMER currently ships within Australia only. We’re a small brand finding our feet, and we’d rather do local delivery beautifully than international poorly. International shipping will follow.

Rates

• Flat-rate shipping anywhere in Australia: $9.95 AUD.

• Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it home.

Estimated delivery times with Australia Post, once dispatched:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days.

• Regional and remote areas: 5–8 business days.

These are estimates from Australia Post, not guarantees. ROAMER isn’t responsible for delays once a parcel is in the carrier’s hands, but if something seems stuck, email us and we’ll help chase it.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder first, then reach out and we’ll resend it.

Wrong address or returned parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we’ll correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order is dispatched, we can’t change the address.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we’ll be in touch to arrange redelivery. A second shipping fee may apply.
